Course fees include your own shinai bamboo sword (to keep), temporary BKA membership (insuring you to practice), instruction by our experienced and qualified coaches, and loan of all equipment and armour for the sessions. |

For those wishing to become members at the end of the course, for £25 per month you will be able to continue to practice and learn with term-time sessions weekly, twice a week (Tuesday and Friday evenings in Elephant & Castle) and ongoing support from our coaches and members; as well as opportunities to participate at no extra charge in club events and special training sessions. Free loan of club armour can also be arranged for members who do not have their own equipment yet, subject to deposit and availability.
